I found out that you can play with 4 different controllers you can play with in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. These are them:

The Wii Remote

Wii Remote + Nunchuk

Game Cube Controller

Classic Controller

I just wanted to know which one you would mostly want to use?
What ever you do don't press Ctrl-W

Even though this was already asked in another thread, that thread is more focused on another aspect of Brawl, so this thread isn't completely pointless.  I already said this, but I'll be using the GCN controller most of the time, and I'll try out the other controllers whenever I'm feeling adventurous.

The GameCube controller. I will try out the other schemes, though, to see how they are... Only one I won't likely be using is the Classic Controller since, y'know, I don't have one. Though I just woke from a dream in which I got one and it took eight AA batteries... Weird dream, no idea.

BTW, I don't have a classic controller yet, but I MIGHT get one one of these days.

Most likely will usually use the GameCube controller. However, I might use the Wii remote schemes sometimes. Though, I only have one. (Wii remote.)

I kind of want to try out the Classic controller when SSBB comes out, but I might end up not getting one, because... I don't know.
I'm a horrible person.

Gamecube. The Wii-mote most is frustrating to use as it is.

It's not all that frustrating on SPM.

I imagine the controls would be kind of... stiff? Super Paper Mario fits the lone Remote because of its relatively simple controls. Now, Melee was not complex by any means, but the remote... lacks. I don't see an opening for a jump button, for example... I always press X to jump. I suspect there may be some motion control with the Remote and Remote with Nunchuk schemes... I could be wrong.

I haven't played it, so I wouldn't know.

I think you would just shake/jerk the Wiimote up to jump.

I'll choose whatever one I find the most comfortable with. As in I'm going to try three of those four (I don't have a classic controller) and see which one I like best.

I'll probably use the Classic Controller.
Remember that your first Goomba boldly you walk? When Mario touched that mushroom being brought up more largely remember that you are surprised? Miscalculate your jump that pit remember that it falls?

I'd say either the Classic or GC controllers would be best, assuming Nintendo hasn't rejiggered the basic control scheme (like Bungie did with Halo 3). If it's optimized for the Wii controller, I'd use that, unless you jerk the controller upward to jump. That'd be dumb.

Why would that be dumb?
