Uhhhhh... Game Stop and EB Games?
Time is repeating itself. Why you say? Look at the Wii and NES and you'll know why.

Oh, yeah, about that... I don't really shop there that much anyway, but why is it again that everyone has a vendetta against GameStop?

Because they are an evil corporation that treats you horribly pushily and, for added fuel to the fire for some people, sends back their new copies of games and instead pushes their used ones, which gives them money instead of the game devs/publishers.
That was a joke.

If you buy a game for $30 at GameStop when you try to return it they will say its use and give you like $7

Yes, because it is used the second you buy it. And then they buy it for cheap so as to make a profit when selling it at slightly under retail as a used item.
That was a joke.

That's why you don't buy new games from Gamestop or any other used games retailer... I only buy stuff there when it's used. They have an awesome policy where you can buy a used game and return it within a week for your full money back, so it's like free renting. But I don't do it very much because they get your personal information every time you turn a game back in to them, so I think they're keeping track or something.

How else are they sopose to make a profit? All places do that. They all probably buy Wii games for about 30$ each and sell them 50$ each.
