Better than getting into a zillion obscure gems or metals.

"Pokemon Unobtainium"

Turtlekid1 · « **Reply #347 on:** April 09, 2010, 11:02:04 AM »

Hey, it'd fit with the increasing number of event-only Pokemon.

I'm hoping NoA will change the names due to potential racism. It'll be the first name change NoA makes in a long while that I will condone (stringently stares at garbage like "Fantina, Roark & Bertha")

Thank God that they're returning to actual artistic shades than

That statement emobdies practically everything wrong with today's culture. Political correctness and its proponents are irrational *****es. ~~Considering that the Japanese don't know that Black people even exist~~, Nintendo did not intend the titles to be racist, and therefore they are not racist.

Question: Which version will y'all be getting?

Turtlekid1 · « **Reply #351 on:** April 09, 2010, 02:44:41 PM »

1. I'd actually prefer the obscure gem or metal to "Black/White."
2. I'm not entirely sure I'll be getting either. I think I've grown bored with Pokemon.

Black Mage · « **Reply #352 on:** April 09, 2010, 03:55:35 PM »

You guys are complaining about "Black and White" when the originals were "Red / Blue / Green"?

Uncreative? And this is following such creative names as "Gold and Silver" and "Diamond and Pearl."

We're better than this guys.

Tv_Themes · « **Reply #353 on:** April 09, 2010, 04:11:12 PM »

I just don't like how they flow with each other.

Red/Green = Colors
Gold/Silver = Colors and/or Metals
Ruby/Sapphire = Common Gemstones
Diamond/Pearl = Less Common but more Precious Gemstones
Black/White = Monochromatic Colors

It's like the whole concept is de-evolving.

de-evolving.

Oh please introduce a de-evolution option. I want a Squirtle with the stats of a Blastoise.

Pokemon Onyx and Pokemon Beige

Weegee · « **Reply #356 on:** April 09, 2010, 08:05:24 PM »

Pokemon Teal and Pokemon Puce. Two years later, the remake Pokemon Pale Mauve will be released.

I was actually kind of hoping the new games would be fruit-colored themed. Pokemon Lime & Pokemon Lemon.

Turtlekid1 · « **Reply #358 on:** April 09, 2010, 08:20:16 PM »

Hey, now. These are kids' games.

Pokemon Obsidian could work for Pokemon Black, but I'm not sure about White... Pokemon Ebony and Ivory?
