First you must have your picture on a server that allows remote linking, then you type the proper HTML code to link it here.

Calm down there, killer. If you can get a Yahoo e-mail account, this'll be a breeze.
1. Get a free Geocities account.
2. Upload a picture onto your Geocities account.
3. Click on the little box next to whatever picture you want to post.
4. Rename it to "insertnamehere.txt"(without quotation marks..)
5. Use HTML code to link it here onto TMK-
<img src="imageurl">
There's probably an easier way to do it, but I don't wanna hear it.

Just tell me how to do it, Ive got as far as scanning it, what next... Say it in understandable terms, I only got this computer second hand, just before I joined here so I dont know any computer terms.

Heh... you have to submit something to the fanart section of TMK. Then, when the fanart is updated, your file will be uploaded along with it!

Yeah. I'd sugest getting a geocities account. Free, simple, and easy to dupe.
