I don't really get why Spirited Away is so popular. The art is nice, but the story is utterly shallow compared to pretty much all of Miyazaki's other movies.
My favorite Miyazaki film is NausicaƤ of the Valley of the Wind, with Princess Mononoke very close behind.
That was a joke.

PaperMario: I don't hate the dub, I was just explaining why everybody else does.

Sorry. I did'nt mean to make it sound like you hated the dub because I could see you did'nt, but I guess that's just how it turned out anyway. :P

Nintendo Bros.: Is our undivided attention so important to you that you feel the only way to be accepted as a respected member is to bash something we like and expect people to reply to your posts and notice you more?

Howl's Moving Castle is my favorite, mabey because I read the book.

Howl is probably my third favorite... possibly tied with Mononoke. However, as I understand it, it's not very close to the book. Which is not a bad thing.
That was a joke.

Eh, some parts are tied close, while others, not so much. But I kinda got a basic feel for it, which is why I like it over the others.

I would love to know why Nick thinks kids are going to watch Spongebob through late night hours on a Thursday night. I mean, a Friday premiere is understandable but really Thursday is a strange day to start a marathon.
As a game that requires six friends, an HDTV, and skill, I can see why the majority of TMK is going to hate on it hard.

That is beacuse Friday is Veterans Day which means no school.

But I thought you hated Spongebob.

I do. I was bored and I just posted it for fans of that gay Sponge.

that gay Sponge.

*irritated sigh*

So, how many times will I have to tell you to stop using "gay" to express distaste here before you actually DO stop?

I don't care if you hate him, that's fine. I hate the cartoon as well. But I could use much better words to show that I don't like the show.

For example:
"Spongebob Squarepants is one of the most terrible cartoons ever made in the history of animation."

OR

"Spongebob's horrendous characters, music, AND humor make for an unpleasant half an hour."

You can see, my opinions look and sound much smarter than how you put it. "Gay." My sister uses "gay". She uses it on average, about 40 times a day, when referring to people, places, and things she does not like.

My sister is also in danger of failing a few of her classes.

You're a big boy. Use a vocabulary that better suits your age.

that gay Sponge.
You know, NB is correct when he says this. Spongebob seems to be happy 99% of the time.

Not in this context.

I'll bet that guy would think Bert and Ernie were gay if he knew about that rumor.
